Barbara Harper is a quilter, seamstress and teacher whose made hundreds of quilts and has owned her AccuQuilt GO! for 10 years. She credits much of her award-winning quilt success to the accurate cuts her system provides.
Barbara began sewing as a child with her grandmother and enjoys creating quilts for the special people in her life. As a seamstress, Barbara makes clothes for herself and family, provides alterations on formal and bridal gowns, and loves creating costumes! She is particularly passionate about teaching others to sew. She uses traditional, modern and original quilt designs to build confidence and skills in her students.
Barbara has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector with an educational background in Computer Science, holds a Project Management Professional Certification and is trained in Six Sigma.
Barbara and her husband have two daughters, two son-in-laws, one grandchild and a 65lb Goldendoodle named Wally. She lives in Kingfisher, Oklahoma and Stark City, Missouri.
FUN FACTS: Of all her cars “Ruby” is her favorite - completely restored a Red/White 1964 Falcon Convertible.
